Care Instructions

To keep your Alocasia sun catcher looking its best:

1. Clean gently — Use a soft, lint-free cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid harsh abrasive cleaners.

2. Avoid very sudden temperature changes — Glass can crack if it’s heated or cooled too quickly.

3. Check the hanger occasionally — Make sure the ring or wire is secure, especially if it’s in a windy spot.

If we haven’t got the cushion you are wanting photographed, you may be directed here to continue your order. You can place the order including with or without pad and we will add a note to the system updating it with your design.

All our cushion covers are handmade to order from our North-East England studio. They are all cut from the roll, and as such, the design placement may vary from what is pictured.

Our covers are square, have overlocked seams, and a zipped opening. Our cushion covers are sewn between 38cm to 39cm as they are designed to be used with the high quality hollowfibre pads that we use. Our covers are sewn slightly shorter, so when used with our luxuriously thick pads they really bulk up providing a luscious and full plump cushion. If ordering covers without our pads please be aware that our covers may be slightly tighter than 40cm.

Unless otherwise noted, the reverse of the cushion is a solid beige colour as shown in the picture.
If selected, they will come with a quality hollowfibre cushion pad.
